Messaging framework & positioning—establishing category-specific discounts and shaping language for digital assets.
.com content strategy—structuring promotional placements, hero banners, and category tiles to maximize visibility.
Email marketing & customer engagement—developing dynamic, time-sensitive messaging for both First Chair Loyalty early access and general audiences.
The campaign successfully drove strong engagement and conversions, reinforcing Burton’s connection to the snowboard community while delivering a smooth, high-impact promotional experience.
