As the leader of Burton’s North American creative team, I oversee design, project management, production, and copywriting—delivering high-impact marketing across digital, retail, and experiential channels. Managing workflows and optimizing creative processes, I drove stronger brand presence, efficiency, and conversion by implementing a custom Smartsheet-based system to streamline project intake, scheduling, and execution.
Under my leadership, our holiday campaign drove revenue growth, with seasonal branding and in-store creative boosting engagement and conversion. Digital AOV rose 2% YoY ($307), while retail promotions and visual merchandising delivered a 1% AOV lift ($283) and a +55% in-store sales surge in Canada. Holiday-themed assets reinforced brand consistency across channels. Optimized execution and refined content strategy also drove an 8% YoY increase in returning customers, strengthening loyalty.

At Merkley, I steered studio operations, overseeing campaigns spanning print, digital, collateral, packaging, and point-of-sale. I managed workflow, estimates, budgets, and quality, guiding a multifunctional team of studio, traffic, and print production. Implemented billing processes to ensure the capture of hours, contributing to financial transparency for clients like Mercedes-Benz, Arby’s, Ad Council, White Castle, AXA Equitable, and major household and pharmaceutical brands such as all laundry detergent, Merck, Teva, and GSK.

At Euro, I collaborated with key members of the agency to present and produce creative across multiple channels. I prepared and released print-ready mechanicals, and oversaw brand compliance with client creative. Clients included Volvo, MCI, Subway, and Charles Schwab.
