As the leader of Burton’s North American design and project management team, I drive the creation of marketing materials, ensuring efficient project execution. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, I employ agile methodologies to guide projects from concept to launch across digital channels, visual merchandising, print, and video. My emphasis on creative agility and clear communication fosters team collaboration and productivity.

 

Under my creative leadership, my team achieved outstanding results with our holiday campaign creative execution. The digital channels saw a remarkable 4.32% conversion rate, a 13% increase from the previous year. Equally noteworthy, the average order value for digital channels surged by an impressive 10.5%, reaching $273. These outcomes underscore my commitment to driving creative excellence, translating into tangible and substantial results that significantly contribute to revenue growth and campaign effectiveness.

At Merkley, I steered studio operations, overseeing campaigns spanning print, digital, collateral, packaging, and point-of-sale. I managed workflow, estimates, budgets, and quality, guiding a multifunctional team of studio, traffic, and print production. Implemented billing processes to ensure the capture of hours, contributing to financial transparency for clients like Mercedes-Benz, Arby’s, Ad Council, White Castle, AXA Equitable, and major household and pharmaceutical brands such as all laundry detergent, Merck, Teva, and GSK.

Euro RSCG Worldwide (HAVAS),
Senior Production Designer

At Euro, I collaborated with key members of the agency to present and produce creative across multiple channels. I prepared and released print-ready mechanicals, and oversaw brand compliance with client creative. Clients included Volvo, MCI, Subway, and Charles Schwab.

Mezzina-Brown,
Senior Production Designer

While at Mezzina-Brown, I created print-ready mechanicals and presentations for RJ Reynolds, primarily for the Camel brand. I was responsible for ensuring strict client standards and FDA advertising requirements were met for all out-of-home, collateral, packaging, and print materials.
